Duaine Hathaway,
Executive Director

Duaine began at Georgia CASA in September of 2000. Retired from
Georgia Power since 1998, he was previously with Central Atlanta Progress,
a nonprofit downtown Atlanta business association.

Lori Derhammer,
Communications & Marketing Manager

Lori came to Georgia CASA in January of 2001. She has a B.B.A. degree,
with a major in marketing, from Valdosta State University. She was previously
in Training and Documentation at TSYS in Columbus,
Georgia. |

Katherine Hunter,
Project Manager

Katherine came to Georgia CASA in 2002 after teaching for several years.
She primarily works on individual giving and special
events, including managing the Annual Fund Campaign as well as the Luncheon & Fashion
Show. |

Jennifer King,
Program Operations Director

Jennifer King has worked with Georgia CASA for several years in various capacities and
currently serves as the Program Operations Director. Jennifer has
also worked with United Way of Metro Atlanta, AmeriCorps and America's
Promise. She holds a master's degree in nonprofit administration
from Georgia State University and a bachelor's degree in child and adolescent
development from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. |

Ewansiha Simmons,
Technical Support Manager

Ewansiha has been with Georgia CASA since August of 2000. He handles
day-to-day business, financial management and office network administration.
He previously was an intern with the Atlanta Urban League and a student
at Morehouse College with a major in African-American studies and a
minor in sociology. |

Joyce Jones,
Staff Associate

Coming on staff in March of 2000, Joyce was previously Administrative
Assistant with the Atlanta Urban League’s Employment Department.
Included among her duties at the Georgia CASA office is assisting
the
local CASA programs. Joyce provides requested materials and information
to the local programs as needed. |

Angela Tanzella,
Director of Advocacy and Program Development

Angela joined the Georgia CASA staff in August of 2004. She received
her bachelor's degree in English from the University of Georgia in
2001, and she earned her J.D. at the Walter F. George School of Law
at Mercer University in 2004. Angela previously interned with Georgia CASA
and the Office of the Child Advocate. |
