Donating to Georgia CASA is a wise investment in the future of our children and our communities. In fact, one year of CASA advocacy costs less than one month of foster care.
Your donation will help Georgia CASA provide more resources to our network of volunteers who advocate for the well-being of children in foster care throughout the state.
For example, your donation to Georgia CASA can help provide the following:
- $50 – A fingerprint background check for a potential CASA volunteer
- $100 – Training manuals for 10 new CASA volunteers as they undergo the 30-hour training, plus 10 hours of court observations, to become voices for the best interests of children in foster care
- $250 – Scholarships for CASA volunteers and staff to attend professional child welfare trainings
- $500 – Annual recognition awards for CASA volunteers, board members and affiliate CASA programs for their highest achievements and successes
Because Georgia CASA is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, your donation is tax-deductible.
Ways to Give
You can donate directly to Georgia CASA or one of our affiliate programs using the online or mail forms below. Recurring donations are welcomed and encouraged because they provide regular income that allows us to plan more effectively. We can start training more volunteers to serve more children, knowing that the funds will be available.
Consult your human resources department to learn if your employer offers a matching gift for charitable donations. If so, your individual donation can be supplemented.
Consider donating in honor or memory of a loved one, in tribute as an expression of gratitude or admiration, or to commemorate a special event.
